Colts blank Steelhawks

After defeating the St. Mary’s Knights 35-28 last Thursday and improving their record to 2-0, the Korah Colts senior football team was back in action last night on a rainy Thursday evening as they took on the Superior Heights Steelhawks at Superior Heights.

The Colts, who were looking to remain undefeated, improved their record to 3-0 last night as they blanked the Steelhawks by a score of 8-0.

It was also the Colts second shutout of the season.

Noah Grasley caught a 38-yard touchdown pass from Jordan Robinson-Wright in the first quarter, giving the Colts a 6-0 lead.

A convert by Mateo Perri put the Colts up 7-0.

Tyler Brechin would then punt the ball through the Steelhawks end zone with just over half a minute left to go in the game, making it an 8-0 score.

The undefeated Colts will be back in action next Friday to take on the 0-3 White Pines Wolverines.
