Colts win second straight city championship

The Korah Colts are city champions once again!

Friday night was the Sault Ste. Marie High School Football Senior City Championship as the defending champion Korah Colts took on the St. Mary’s Knights at Superior Heights.

The Colts won their second straight senior football title on Friday night as they defeated the Knights by a score of 29-10.

Tyler Brechin led the way offensively for the Colts with three touchdowns while Nick Gervasi also got on the scoresheet with one touchdown.

Mateo Perri had three converts for the Colts.

Parker St. Onge had a touchdown for the Knights while Cole Tasz got on the scoresheet with a convert and a field goal.

The Colts have now advanced to the NOSSA semi-final game, which will take place on November 3rd.
