Hooray. Kiwanis Club of SSM’s annual Fall Breakfast is this weekend.

Maple Syrup will be flowing at The Sugar Shack on 5th Line this Saturday and Sunday. The annual fall breakfast, hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Sault Ste Marie is into its final weekend on the 20th and 21st. This annual pancake party in the Hiawatha Highlands is a long-time Sault staple. Hopefully, there will still be a few leaves on the trees this weekend, but regardless – The Sugar Shack is a warm place to be, located within the geography of the Sault and Region Conservation Authority.

Brad Frechette, Kiwanis Club of Sault Ste Marie said, “We hope families, students and Sault citizens come out to support the last weekend of our annual Fall pancake breakfast. 100% of proceeds raised from this event or any Kiwanis Club event are directed to Kiwanis Children’s programs in Sault Ste. Marie.” Frechette added, “It’s Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.”

The Kiwanis Club of Sault Ste. Marie, founded in 1926,  is comprised of over 25 men and women of all ages who are working hard to give back. Our primary mandate is to serve the community of Sault Ste. Marie, our community’s children, to learn, develop and grow in a healthy way.
