The 22 year old spent four seasons in the Ontario Hockey League from 2011-2015, splitting time with the Peterborough Petes and the Soo Greyhounds.
Ritchie, who came over to the Hounds in a trade with the Peterborough Petes back on January 7th, 2015, scored 15 goals and 15 assists in 23 regular season games with the Hounds.
He also led the Hounds in scoring during the 2015 postseason with 13 goals and 26 points in 14 games.
