Algoma U Student Union Speaks Out About Tuition Cuts


Algoma University Student Union President Pauline Danquah came into the ONNtv studios to speak to Lou-Anne Young about the changes the PC government has recently made in regards to post-secondary education fees and tuition cuts.

The AUSU is holding a ‘We Are The Students’ rally on Tuesday, Jan. 22, in front of City Hall from 12-2p.m. in response to these changes.

    • The Ontario curriculum has been progressively dumbed down for a couple decades now.
      Wynne’s policies excluded, Ford’s policies excluded – there’s no reason not to have free post-secondary education, the revenues to support exist. Many solid countries have free post-secondary education.
