We hope you are ready for the Sault College Job and Career Fair taking place in one week, on Wednesday, February 6 from noon to 5pm. A variety of employers will be in attendance and looking to hire for more than 1,000 positions combined, over the next six months.
The annual hiring event will have businesses looking to fill full-time, part-time and student positions. This is one of the community’s largest annual career events and will take place at the Sault College Health and Wellness Centre, with free admission for all interested job seekers.
Employers will be accepting resumes and will be prepared to discuss their company and available positions. All those interested in attending should be prepared to hand out resumes to employers and to discuss qualifications and experience.
Employment Solutions, one of the event sponsors, is still available to help you prepare for the job fair, by dropping in to their office. Knowledgeable, helpful and qualified staff can work with you one-on-one and get you prepared to attend the Sault College Job and Career Fair. Visit them on the 4th floor of Station Tower at 421 Bay Street. No appointment necessary.
You will also find the Employment Solutions team at the Job Fair, where they will be ready to meet with you one-on-one to offer job search support and provide information about the free employment programs and services available to all community job seekers, funded by Employment Ontario.
Sault College students interested in learning about similar employment programs and services, available to them throughout the year, should visit the Sault College Student Job Centre on campus. The Student Job Centre is also a sponsor of the Sault College Job and Career Fair and their team has been busy making sure the event will be another huge success this year.
If you are a job seeker or are looking to explore other opportunities with employers, attend the Sault College Job and Career Fair on Wednesday, February 6 from noon to 5pm in the Sault College Health and Wellness Centre. Admission is free, with parking available in the visitor lot off of the Willow Avenue entrance. Overflow metered parking will also be available off of Northern Avenue or in the Willow Avenue lot. A map is available on the Employment Solutions Facebook page or our website – www.employment-solutions.ca.
