SUDBURY, Ont. – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League has announced that two of its scheduled games today (Sunday, Feb. 24) have been postponed.

Both the Soo Eagles at Rayside-Balfour Canadians and Espanola Express at Soo Thunderbirds games have been called off due to Eagles and Express charter bus companies cancelling due to the expected severe weather that is being called for in the area.

The make-up dates for each game will be announced by the league once finalized.

Today’s other two match-ups featuring Kirkland Lake visiting Blind River and Timmins heading to Noelville to meet French Rapids are both currently slated to be played as each visiting team is already in the area.
