Armed Robbery at Tim Hortons

Crime Stoppers and the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service are requesting your assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an incident of robbery.

On February 15, 2019 an unknown male entered the Tim Hortons on John Street, he produced a handgun and demanded money.

Look closely at this video.

The clerk refused to cooperate and the unknown male eventually fled the area. The suspect was well disguised concealing his face with a mask and sunglasses.

The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service followed the unknown males tracks to Allard and McNabb Street where they lost the tracks on the roadway.

    • For real though he had a gun like if youre going to pull it out and show it you should be getting what u went in there for. Im glad no one was hurt however that cashier is lucky no one was. Youre always suppose to do as they say especially with a gun shown.

    • No she wasnt thats for sure. Like i said im glad no one was hurt, theres insurance for that reason. My mom works at a corner store and she use to say she wouldnt give them miney if they tried robbing her i gave her shit said i dont care what they ask for you just hand it all over to them never tell them no because u never know what they will do
