Cougars advance to the American Collegiate Hockey Association Finals


(Dallas, Texas  March 30, 2019) – Excitement is in the air as the  Cougars advanced in their semi-final game against Fairfield University and now have a chance to play for a National Championship.  No Canadian team has ever won an ACHA Championship and the Cougars are poised to make history Saturday night at the Commerica Arena in Dallas Texas.

The Cougars are 4 and 0 in tournament play, defeating the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee 10-1, Ramapo College from New Jersey 12-5 , University of South Florida 6-1 and Fairfield University from Connecticut  was defeated by the Cougars 6-2 in semi-final action last night.

The Cougars face Grand Valley State University tonight at 8:30 pm after they defeated Michigan State University 4 to 2 in their semi-final.
