Phebie was first a mother. In her early years of raising her family she was best known for her bread making and exceptional cinnamon buns. She started her career outside of the home having a desire to provide the best quality of life for her children. She was the first woman city bus driver and took on the role of emancipation with great strength and determination. Eventually, later in life she worked at learning to honor herself and she was well known for her smiling eyes.
