Former Greyhound Turns Self in For 1st Degree Murder, Kidnapping

First reported by tbnewswatch.com, a former Soo Greyhound has turned himself into Sudbury police after authorities released the information he was wanted in connection to a murder and kidnapping.

27 year old Marshall Hardy-Fox, known as Marshall Fox during his tenure with the Hounds between 2008-2010, was wanted as a suspected in the homicide of 40-year-old Lee Chiodo.

Along with Fox, 47 year old David Hui has been arrested for first degree murder and kidnapping. A third suspect, 27-year-old Musab Khamis Saboon, remains at large with a Canada wide warrant issued for his arrest, also for first degree murder and kidnapping.

Police urge the public not to engage Saboon, but to instead call 911.

Hardy-Fox made a court appearance on Monday and was remanded into custody.

The investigation into the death of Chiodo continues.
