The Sault Ste Marie Museum formally introduced their newest exhibit and renovations on Friday night, in thanks the Ontario Trillium Foundation Grant.
As per the Ontario Trillium Grant website, this grant will be used for “Delivering improved infrastructure with a $126,000 grant over 12 months to renovate and enhance the community space for cultural and heritage programming. Enriching people’s lives through arts, culture and heritage, this initiative is helping arts, culture and heritage have appropriate spaces, and has an impact on the lives of 8,000 people in the community. “
The grant has been used to open the new 1970’s exhibit, refresh the Museum’s first floor and update the second floor Discovery Gallery.
