Take Back Ontario Province-Wide Day of Action

SAULT STE. MARIE – Be part of the Power of Many, on April 17 as we sound the alarm
about exactly what the Doug Ford government’s recently-released budget really means for us here in Sault Ste. Marie.

Under the changes proposed in the budget, Ontario’s education, health care, and public
services are all under attack, putting our community at risk. That’s why, on Wednesday, April 17, communities across Ontario are uniting for a province-wide day of action.

Here in the Sault we’ll be meeting at the Tim Horton’s/Wendy’s on Great Northern Road at 3pm.
Join to pass out leaflets and talk with people about how they’re going to be impacted by
Doug Ford’s cuts. If you can’t make it but still want to stand up for your province, take the day to talk with your coworkers, neighbours, family, and friends about how the budget will impact their lives.

We are the majority and together we can protect Ontario and fight for a province for everyone.

Head to oflevents.ca to RSVP, or contact Sara McCleary at [email protected] for more information.

  1. How come these types of protests weren’t held when the former government was putting us billions of dollars into debt?
It seems many people think foolish spending on a massive scale doesn’t have any negative results. I wonder if they run their personal finances the same way.
