On June 5th, 2019 officers with the Investigation Services unit of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 30 year old Jeffery Possamai of Brien Avenue for sexual assault.
It’s alleged on April 13th, 2019 the accused approached a woman not known to him at a business in the 400 block of Great Northern road and made contact with her for a sexual purpose.
He was arrested on June 5th, 2019 and charged with one count of sexual assault. He was held for bail court.
