Ride For Autism Celebrates 7th Year

Ride for Autism 2017

2019 marks the 7th Anniversary for the Algoma Ride for Autism. Motorcycles from across Ontario will converge on Sault Ste Marie to celebrate Autism Acceptance and to help raise money for The Algoma Autism Foundation.

The event starts Friday June 14th with a Bike Night Pre-Party. Come by The Canadian Motor Hotel for the best post work party around and to see all the bikes lined up for our Show and Shine (sponsored by DOGhouse Custom Paint and Airbrush.) THE ROCK Harley Davidson, and BUD ROBINSON Motorsports will be on hand with 2019 models for you to Demo!!! Still want more? We have live music both inside and out, vendors, beer garden, ride swag, #AR4A pre-registration, raffles and your chance to win a generator, Courtesy of GREAT LAKES HONDA. Best part- all free of charge (Donations welcome.)

Saturday the 15th, WE RIDE. Registration  starts at 10am at HIGHLAND FORD (68 Great Northern Road.) Kickstands up at 11am. All motorcycle riders welcome. $25 minimum pledge for rider $10/ passenger. All funds raised from this event stay local and support the efforts of The Algoma Autism Foundation, a 100% local/ 100% volunteer organization.

Dubbed “The Tunnel of Tears” Supporters and spectators are invited to line Great Northern road (north of Highland Ford) to show their support. Feel free to make signs, cheer and wave as hundreds of motorcycles roar past.

  1. Congratulations but your math is a little wrong. Forgot to mention that autism ontario ssm is the one who started this and then algoma autism foundation stole it from them

    • Actually the parents that started this left Autism Ontario and started The Algoma Autism Foundation both do good things so don’t be a trouble maker!
