While the outcome was not exactly what the Raptors faithful hoped for (106-105 win for the Golden State Warriors), its near impossible to find someone who failed to enjoy “Soorassic Park”.

Late last week ahead of Friday’s game four of the NBA Championship, the city of Sault Ste. Marie announced they would put on their own edition of the Toronto Raptors Jurassic Park.

The tradition has held true for previous playoff campaigns before this year’s historic run, but with the Raptors trip to the finals during this years post-season, the practice of gathering and watching the game in a large group has hit over 50 cities across the country.

While Kyle Lowry was unable to drain the potential game winning shot as time expired, the Raptors refused to let the Golden State Warriors run away with the game, despite at times being down by over double digits.

Game six takes place Thursday, with the Raptors having another chance at their first Larry O’Brien trophy.
