While a lot of Saulites are pleased to be past any remnants from this year’s very long, cold and snowy winter, folks on Queen Street are right back into a winter wonderland.
A movie called The House of Wooden Santa’s is being shot downtown for Hallmark.
Toronto based Borga Dorter is the producer of the Christmas movie and has hired 300 extras for the film so far.
This is not Dorter’s first visit to the Sault. Movies Lost and Found, Tainted, The Bet and Getting to Know You have also been shot here.
The producer’s current project will film in the city until June 28th.
The House of Wooden Santas is being directed by J.B. Sugar.
