On July 10, 2019 officers with the Patrol Services Unit of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 25 year old Kaleb Demour for possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
On July 8, 2019 police observed the accused unconscious on the ground. When they approached him he was found to be in possession of a bag with approximately four grams of a white powder inside, a digital scale and drug paraphernalia. Tests later revealed the substance to be cocaine.
Officers located the accused on July 10, 2019 and took him into custody and he is charged with one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking. He is scheduled to appear in court on August 19, 2019.
