  1. still boggles my mind why people insist on stealing from stores when there are literally cameras everywhere. even stealing from homes. most people have security cameras. go out and earn your way

    • Lori Filice Harrison I don’t have the answer, but suspect that anyone callous enough to steal is probably callous enough not to care about being seen stealing. The thinking of a thief isn’t like that of honourable people who prefer to work for a living.

    • Substance abuse issues often play a role in these instances. This person appears to be under the influence of something. Untreated mental health matters only add to that already deranged state. I am not justifying the behavior but folks are desperate and it shows. Quite upsetting to watch.

    • i work in mental health, i am all too aware of its impact. my comment wasn’t necessarily directed at the woman in the camera it was just a generalized observation. it is extremely unfortunate that we have to put up cameras and plaster pictures everywhere to find a thief, no matter the crime. it’s frustrating to struggle (whether it financially, mentally, emotionally etc.) stealing is not the answer. there is help available and although it is hard to accept, there are people who will help.
