Algoma Autism Foundation receives a donation of $10,000

Today, Jeff Viotto, financial advisor for The Co-operators in Sault Ste Marie, announced a donation of $10,000 to Algoma Autism Foundation.

On Saturday, September 21st, please join us for our fall festival at 104 Rankin Rd (Brenna Lanktree & Associates’ Building) between 2-4pm.  Activities to include face painting, pony rides, Beaver tails and much more!

We will also be unveiling our long awaited surprise that will be sure to address an important community need.  Check out the Algoma Autism Facebook page for more details.

“Our donation today helps address an important community need,” explains Jeff Viotto, Financial Advisor for The Co-operators Northern avenue location. “Guided by our co-operative principles, we invest our profits into action and advocacy that makes the world a better place.”

The funding was provided by Jeff Viotto with the support of The Co-operators Advisor Community Fund, through which we demonstrate our commitment to sustainability and showcase our leadership in the community. The Co-operators staff and Financial Advisors have been making Canadian communities safer, healthier and more resilient for decades. As a co-operative, our commitment to communities is an operating principle that inspires us to act, provide support and raise awareness when there’s a need.

Algoma Autism Foundation is a local, not-for profit-organization that’s purpose is to raise autism acceptance and funds, providing assistance to people on the Autism Spectrum and to fully support their families in Sault Ste Marie and Algoma.
