Motorcycle driver killed in two-vehicle crash near Sudbury, Ont., police say

SUDBURY, Ont. — One person has died after a motorcycle collided with a pickup truck near Sudbury, Ont.

Provincial police say the incident happened Sunday night around 9 p.m.

They say the motorcycle crossed the centre line of a road near the city and crashed into the truck, causing both vehicles to catch fire.

Police say the motorcycle driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

The pickup truck driver was not hurt in the crash.

Police have not publicly identified either of the drivers involved.
