Three Organizations Benefit From Hound Power

On December 4th the Soo Greyhounds were honoured to present three local organizations with a donation from their 2019 Remembrance Day Game.

In support of local veterans, the three organizations that each received $2835.00 were the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25 Poppy Fund, the Algoma Veterans Association, and the Veterans Commemorative Monument.

Representatives from all three organizations were on-site for the presentation that saw a grand total of $8505.00 donated on behalf of the Soo Greyhounds and their fans, as well as a commemorative jersey to each organization.

Representing the Soo Greyhounds was President, Tim Lukenda.

The Soo Greyhounds thank their community of fans for their generous support of this annual event.
