LBMX Inc announced opening a new Sault Ste Marie office located in the Millworks Centre for Entrepreneurship.
They provide technology solutions for buying groups and purchasing cooperatives. The office will develop new software.
“The buying group industry has reached an inflection point that requires setting the course towards creating more connected member experiences,” said Greg Dinsdale, President and CEO of LBMX. “We are delighted to establish a presence in Sault Ste. Marie for this is a community of talented people that we believe will help LBMX capitalize on this turning point. This team will be integral in the development of our next generation e-commerce platform which our buying group customers and their members are eagerly anticipating from LBMX.”
Bringing LBMX to the Sault combined the efforts of Invest SSM, Sault College, and the City’s Economic Development division.

There is no set date for when the new office opens.
