City cancels Tim Horton’s free swimming


In consultation with Algoma Public Health and with guidance from provincial and federal officials, the City of Sault Ste. Marie will suspend any large events and public gatherings that have the potential of drawing an excess of 250 people.

As such, the City will proceed with cancelling the Tim Horton’s free swimming that was scheduled for Monday, March 16 and Wednesday, March 18 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the John Rhodes Community Centre.

Staff will continue to monitor the situation and will advise the public of any additional cancellations as required. The City thanks its citizens for their understanding and cooperation during this time.
