Sault College Creates Keepsake for its 2020 Graduates

Sault College

Our graduates are moving on to share their amazing with the world! To commemorate this significant milestone, Sault College is excited to announce the launch of its 2020 Graduate Recognition website!

The website, which launches today, highlights the names and programs of this year’s graduates, showcases special congratulatory messages and speeches by some amazing guests. Through the website, graduates and others can show off this amazing accomplishment by posting their own graduate card or one of another graduate to social media by clicking on a graduate’s name and choosing from the social media icons on the page.

As we are all aware, this year has had some unprecedented challenges and we are unable to celebrate convocation in our traditional way at this time; however our College community wants our graduates to know how proud we are of them and the hard work and dedication that led them to this point.

This year, Sault College is celebrating more than 1325 eligible graduates from the following areas: Apprenticeships, Aviation, Business, Community Services, Culinary and Hospitality, Engineering Technology, General Arts and Science, Health, Information Technology, Justice Studies, Media and Design, Natural Environment and Outdoor Studies, Skilled Trades, and various Continuing Education programs.

“Celebrating the successes of our students is incredibly important to us and convocation is one of those significant milestones that deserves special recognition,” said Dr. Ron Common, President, Sault College. “Our graduates have thrived during a very difficult time and their ability to persevere in the face of adversity is nothing short of amazing. We are proud to highlight and recognize our graduates in this way, and we hope that each one takes great pride in their accomplishments. We encourage our community members to visit the website and join us in congratulating our newest graduates,” he added.

While the College remains hopeful we will have the opportunity to formally celebrate graduates at a later date, we are grateful to have found a way to recognize them safely at this time.

Congratulations to all of our graduates!
