On June 14, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 31-year-old Celina Horner for pointing a firearm.
At 12:07 a.m. police responded to a call in the 200 block of Bay Street of a woman pointing a firearm and shooting it at a vehicle.
Upon arrival officers both the victim and complainant were still on scene and it is alleged the accused pulled a BB gun from her vehicle and fired multiples shots at the victim’s vehicle. Officers noticed small dents on the victim’s vehicle, consistent with a BB.
She was arrested and charged with pointing a firearm, possession of a firearm for a dangerous purpose and mischief under $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in court on August 24, 2020.
