Driving While Disqualified


On July 17, 2020 officers with Traffic Unit arrested 52-year-old Russell Reid for driving while disqualified.

At 6:45 a.m. officers conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle the accused was driving on Wallace Terrace. Upon speaking with the accused, officers discovered he is a disqualified driver and his licence is under suspension.

He was arrested and charged with two counts of driving while disqualified and three counts of driving while under suspension. He is scheduled to appear in court on September 21, 2020.


    • No…if I have to do my diligence to be legally driving (paying for plates, paying for tags, paying for insurance even though my record is spotless) so must he, aswell as everyone else driving.
