On July 13, 2020 officers with the Crime Suppression Unit and Drug Enforcement Unit arrested 28-year-old Dylan Marshall and 34-year-old Krystle Nadon for possession of a controlled substance for purpose of trafficking.
At 12:43 p.m. officers conducted a traffic stop on King Street of a vehicle with two different licence plates. Mr. Marshall was in the driver’s seat and he was arrested on outstanding warrants. Ms. Nadon was a passenger in the vehicle. A subsequent search of the area of arrest found the two accused to be in possession of substances believed to be illicit narcotics; including 16 grams of fentanyl, seven grams of methamphetamine and a digital scale. The estimated street value of the narcotics seized is $7,100. Mr. Marshall was also found to be in possession of $695 in Canadian currency.
Both of the accused were arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking. In addition, Mr. Marshall is also charged with possession of property obtained by crime, breach of probation and driving while suspended. Both of the accused are scheduled to appear in court on September 21, 2020.
