SAULT STE. MARIE – With golf becoming extremely popular this year, four men from Sault Ste. Marie played the best game of their lives this past Monday, winning The RBC PGA Scramble presented by The Lincoln Motor Company. The tournament took place at Summit Golf Club located in Richmond Hill.

Daniel Perri, Steve DeActis, Mike Oliver & Ben Oliver from Sault Ste. Marie won the event, finishing with a score of 15 under par. Travis Spiess Director of Operations from Crimson Ridge was also present as each team at the Regional Final teams up with their PGA of Canada Club Professional.

“We made a few lucky shots, including a hole out for eagle on number 3 and a long putt on number 10. Those shots gave us momentum heading into the back 9” said Ben Oliver. “The team really came together and played their best game, they represented Sault Ste. Marie and Crimson Ridge really well” said Travis Spiess.

The Championship Final is the golfing experience of a lifetime, but with COVID 19 restrictions the prizes have changed this year. For more information on the RBC Scramble visit: https://rbcpgascramble.com/about/
