It’s alleged the accused attended a business in the 0-100 block of Great Northern Road selected an item and left without attempting to pay for it. When approached by security the accused threatened them with a syringe. Security then called police.
Upon arrival officers located the accused and he was arrested. A search of the accused following his arrested found him to be in possession of a syringe and the item taken from the business.
He is charged with assault with a weapon, uttering threats, theft under $5,000 and breach of probation. He is scheduled to appear in court on October 26, 2020.
