Lotto 649

A group of 13 from Sault Ste. Marie is set to claim a $ 1,000,000 lottery win in the Lotto 6/49 draw on May 20, 2020. This award meets OLG’s definition of an insider winner as Jason Hanchuk’s brother and Pasquale Pirozzi’s son are employees of authorized OLG retailers, and Victor Gareau’s wife is an employee of a supplier to OLG.

As of today, claimants have completed the first step of a two-step insider earning process, which included a thorough review of the prize claim.

To complete the prize claim, the prize will be withheld for a 30-day waiting period as part of OLG’s insider winning process, for OLG to report the prize. If there are no additional claims on this prize, it will be paid to claimants on September 25, 2020.

If the pay date falls on a day that is not a working day, the next working day is deemed to be the pay date.

The members of the group are:
• Allen Rix de Sault Ste. Marie
• Bradley Pierman of the Goulais River
• Brian Turco of Sault Ste. Marie
• Carlo Lucio of Sault Ste. Marie
• Chester Kubis of Sault Ste. Marie
• Jason Hanchuk of Sault Ste. Marie

The ticket was purchased at Krazy Ernie’s Food Mart on McNabb Street in Sault Ste. Marie.
