Woman Charged with Dangerous Operation

On September 25, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 29-year-old Kaitlyn Coutts for dangerous operation.

On September 24, 2020 officers conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle at the intersection of Douglas Street and Sixth Avenue for having an expired validation tag. Upon approaching the vehicle, officers learned the driver was the accused and she is a suspended driver.

At this time, officers requested she turn off the vehicle. She refused to do so and fled the area, driving the vehicle through a closed section of roadway and risking injury to people working in the area. No physical injuries have been reported as a result of the incident.

She was located on September 25, 2020 and arrested. She is charged with dangerous operation. She is scheduled to appear in court on November 2, 2020.
