Another positive COVID-19 case in the Soo

Algoma Public Health is reporting the region’s 42nd COVID-19 case.

The case subject is said to have contracted the virus through close contact with an infected person and is connected with the rapidly rising caseload in southern Ontario.

The new case is said to be self-isolating.

APH is reminding everyone to limit non-essential travel to other regions in the province.
