On October 6, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 45-year-old Darren Nocioli for possession of stolen property over $5,000.
Officers responded to a call of suspicious activity in the 0-100 block of Megginson Drive. Upon arrival officers observed a 2019 Dodge truck, valued at approximately $61,700, which had been stripped for parts. The truck was located at the residence of the accused. Further investigation revealed the truck was reported stolen on October 4, 2020. The accused was arrested.
A subsequent search of the area of arrest located a stolen bicycle valued at approximately $850 and a motorcycle valued at approximately $3,200. The bicycle was reported stolen earlier on October 6, 2020 and the motorcycle was reported stolen on June 16, 2020.
He is charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000 and theft of a motor vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 9, 2020.
