That dreaded time change is upon us.
Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m. Sunday November 1st. You should turn your clocks back one hour before going to bed on Saturday night, and enjoy the extra hour of sleep.
If a Private Members’ Bill from Ottawa West- Nepean Jeremy Roberts is passed, that will end the practice of time changes in Ontario. Ontario would remain on Daylight Saving Time year round.
BC recently passed similar legislation in 2019 and plans to enact changes in conjunction with western states in the USA, and Saskatchewan is the only Canadian province that does not observe the bi-annual change.
