On November 4, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 25-year-old Riky Ferguson-Denis for break and enter.
At 1:55 a.m. officers responded to an alarm at a business in the 600 block of John Street. Upon arrival officers observed a man with a generator. Upon speaking with the man he identified himself as the accused.
Further investigation revealed a lock had been cut and the generator had been taken from that area of the business. He was arrested. A subsequent search of the accused found him to be in possession of bolt cutters, two flashlights and a box cutter.
He is charged with break and enter, possession of break in tools, mischief under $5,000 and breach of probation. He was held for bail court.
