Man Charged with Break and Enter

On November 21, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 51-year-old Jeffrey MacDonald for break and enter.

At 3:38 a.m. police received a call of an unknown person breaking into a garage in the 100 block of McDonald Avenue. Upon arrival, officers were unable to locate anyone, however, the investigation continued and officers observed someone matching the description they were given a short distance away.

Officers identified the accused and he was arrested. He is charged with break and enter and two counts of breach of probation.

He is scheduled to appear in court on December 28, 2020 regarding this occurrence.

It is further alleged on November 22, 2020 police were contacted by security staff at a business in the 200 block of McNabb Street, advising the accused was in custody after allegedly stealing approximately $101 in items from the business.

Officers attended and arrested the accused. He is charged with theft under $5,000 and two counts of breach of recognizance.

He is scheduled to appear in court on January 4, 2020 regarding this occurrence.
