Man Charged with Impaired Driving

SAULT STE. MARIE, ON – On December 13, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 42-year-old Denny Pick for impaired driving alcohol and drugs.

At 3:05 a.m. officers observed a vehicle driving erratically and conducted a traffic stop on Idaho Drive. Upon approaching the vehicle officers spoke with the accused and developed grounds to believe his ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.

He was arrested for impaired driving and later provided two breath samples into an approved device, both of which registered a fail result. He is charged with impaired driving alcohol and drugs and impaired driving – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus). He is scheduled to appear in court on January 18, 2021.
