Man Charged with Robbery

SAULT STE. MARIE, ON – On December 3, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 32-year-old Justin McKay for robbery.

At 2:45 p.m. the accused attended a business in the 200 block of Wellington Street West. While at the business, the accused selected items and attempted to leave without paying. Store staff attempted to stop the accused and at this time it is alleged he elbowed the staff member in the face and left the area.

Officers located him at 3:20 p.m. in the area of John Street and Cathcart Street and he was arrested.

He is charged with robbery and breach of probation. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 18, 2021.

So, what they are saying basically is that he is already back on the streets, probably won’t show up for court, and will be carrying on business as usual, until the next time they catch him accidentally. At which time the whole process will start over again.. Our own police chief has admitted that these people go around up to 3o times and still nothing gets done with them.. Quit feeling sorry for them and put hem away….
