Upon arrival in the 400 block of North Street, they could be seen putting water on a back deck of a home. Firefighters also appeared to be carrying tools used to check if fire had spread to the home itself.

Firefighters remained on scene for over an hour and North Street was shut down by police and KC Security while they worked. Paramedics were also left on standby.

There was no cause or damage estimate at the time of publishing.
