Man Charged in Connection with Two Break and Enters

On April 12, 2021 officers with Patrol Services charged 28-year-old Randy Ingram with break and enter.

It’s alleged around 12:00 p.m. the accused entered a residence in the 100 block of Albert Street West. At this time it is not believed any property was taken.

Around 1:30 p.m. officers responded to a break and enter in progress in the 200 block of Gloucester Avenue. Upon arrival officers located the accused and he was arrested. A Subsequent search of the area of arrest found the accused to be in possession of property taken from the residence on Gloucester Avenue.

He is charged with two counts of break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime and breach of probation. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 10, 2021.

Are these thieves in custody or are they released to continue to commit crimes, this looser was all over our local area Facebook groups for break and enters and I am curious if our wonderful catch and release system is actually holding these goofs or just encouraging them to continue to ruin communities by having no immediate punishment for there actions? I see allot of stories about these clowns arrested but how many are held and how many are walking around again within the week? I think the community deserves to know if these repeat offenders are out and about or detained
