The fourth fire this week has cost the city yet another home.

At approximately 11 p.m. this evening, Sault Fire Services responded to a structure fire in the 0-100 block of Blucher Street. Upon arrival they found a home fully engulfed in fire with flames visible on the back side and through the roof of the home.

All pumpers were involved in fighting the fire as well as the Platoon Chief. Paramedics, PUC and Police were also on scene.

It is expected that Blucher Street will remain closed from Wellington to Albert for many hours into the morning while an investigation takes place.

There is no word on injuries at this time and the cause has yet to be determined.
