Two Charged with Being Unlawfully in a Dwelling

On June 1, 2021 officers with Patrol Services charged 28-year-old Celeste Fleury-Vincent and 38-year-old Lloyd Hicks with unlawfully in a dwelling.

Around 7:00 p.m. officers responded to a call of someone entering a vacant residence in the 0-100 block of Algoma Avenue. Upon arrival officers located the two accused inside the residence and observed Lloyd Hicks with a loaded .22 calibre rifle and two airsoft guns. They were both arrested.

Celeste Fleury-Vincent is charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling. She is scheduled to appear in court on July 12, 2021.

Lloyd Hicks is charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling, careless storage of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized, possession of a loaded firearm and eight counts of possession of a firearm, prohibited weapon or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order.

He was held for bail court.
