At approximately 10:30 a.m. this morning, Sault Police Services were called to one of the busiest intersections in the city for a collision.
Upon arrival, they located two vehicles in the middle of the junction at South Market Street and Trunk Road. They then called for assistance from Paramedics who in turn, when they arrived, called Firefighters.
There was no one trapped in any of the vehicles and the extent of any injuries was unknown. Sault Fire Services provided traffic control, scene safety and fluid clean-up while police investigated the scene.
Emergency services remained on scene for about an hour, cleaning up the debris from the incident.
