Do you love fresh cucumber? What about zucchini? Well, if you so and are also interested in helping to support the Soup Kitchen, a trip to Walnut Street on Friday could both fix your craving and raise money for this organization.

For Richard Moore, the owner of GroceryXpress, a mobile fresh food truck, he couldn’t turn down a deal, and wanted to flip it into an opportunity.

“I got a good deal on zucchini and cucumbers, an amazing deal. So everyone has a choice of paying what they think its worth or what they can afford,” said Moore. “All proceeds will be donated to the soup kitchen. It’s going to be live on location at 144 Walnut Street in Sault Ste. Marie, and if you bring one canned item, I’ll donate an item to the kitchen also.”

Although the truck is new, Moore has been in business for almost 5 years. He can be found at various locations throughout the city.
