Police were called and upon arrival the accused was arrested. A search of the accused found her to be in possession of items taken from the business, as well as amounts of substances believed to be fentanyl and methamphetamine.

She is charged with robbery, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and breach of probation. She was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on August 30, 2021.

  1. This girl like a lot of others has been wired for years and needed professional help a long time ago, but it wasn’t there. Now they talk about opening a small treatment facility with a fraction of the beds that they need. It’s known as “the city of too little and too late”, the city that always puts everything off and then ultimately under does it because they are always on the brink of being broke. No wonder people are leaving in droves.

    • Healthcare is the responsibility of the province not the city.
