Fire Services have second incident in less than 12 hours (photo gallery)

Just over 8 hours since being called to the HAZMAT incident in the north end of the city, Sault Fire Services attended their second major call of the day.

At approximately 9:45 p.m. this evening, Firefighters were called to a working shed fire in the 0-100 block of Cathcart Street.

Upon arrival flames could be seen shooting from the roof of the structure. Firefighters from Station one quickly ran lines to douse the blaze.

The fire was knocked down expeditiously and crews remain on scene checking for extension into other structures and investigating.
