On August 11, 2021 officers with Patrol Services charged 31-year-old David Masotti with arson.
On August 10, 2021 police were notified of damage to a doorway at a multi-unit residence in the 200 block of McNabb Street caused by a small fire. An investigation began and through the investigation officers developed grounds to believe the fire was intentionally set by the accused, who lives in a unit in the residence.
He was located on August 11, 2021 and arrested. He is charged with arson and mischief under $5,000. He was held for bail court. Following the bail hearing he was released from custody with a scheduled court date of September 17, 2021.
Next he’ll be wanted for failure to appear
This is his SECOND offense in this regard. Should he be free to possibly continue this crime spree?
