Hallowe’en doesn’t come for another month, but if you were at the Root River Golf Course over the weekend, you may have seen some spooky sights.

A weekend tournament held at this golf club had the goal of providing support to an organization that does so much to help others.

Among the lost balls and laughs, almost $1000 was raised by Ironworkers Local 786 for the Ken Brown Home, during this, their first annual tournament.

Organizers would like to thank the many people who made the day possible and are already planning and looking forward to next year’s tournament.
