On September 27, 2021 officers with Patrol Services charged 34-year-old Tyler Ross with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
Around 7:21 p.m. the officers responded to a call of a man causing a disturbance at a residence in the 0-100 block of Albion Street. Upon arrival, officers observed the accused leaving the residence and attempt to flee the area. After a short foot pursuit, the accused was placed under investigative detention.
As a result of the investigative detention, officers searched the accused and he was found to be in possession of 9.99 grams of a substance believed to be fentanyl. The estimated street value of the narcotics seized is $4,995.
He was held for bail court and later remanded into custody. He is scheduled to appear in court on October 21, 2021.
